Darlings,
For those of you who were not able to come in for or squeeze into our sold-out event last week, here is a page from my journal, the morning after.
It’s a little like being there…
Okay, you got me, sisters.
You got me good and hard and sweet and sacred.
You got me upside downside inside outside.
I unbound myself to you and you gave it right on back to me!!
I have never, ever shared such a personal story before.
It is because of our deep sisterhood that I was able to stand before you, with my story of heartbreak and triumph with my daughter Maggie.
Maggie was the reason I started The School of Womanly Arts, 13 years ago, and it was inspiring for me to see how she is still shaping me, and impacting the curriculum.
She is, now and forever, my firework!
We had sister goddesses there from all over the place—not only local goddesses, but women from Australia, Canada, Los Angeles, Portland, and Denmark.
And can I just share one of my favorite brags for the night?
One woman, Sister Goddess Gloria, who just signed up for The School of Womanly Arts Mastery Program, talked about how, as a result of simply talking with and signing up with the inspiring Ayiesha, broke her 10-year stretch of celibacy (after the death of her husband) with off-the-wall hot crazy sex!! She inspired everyone in that room to unbind!!! 
And what about those Moller sisters? Sister Goddess Kate brought about 15 girlfriends, (almost two whole rows) on the eve of heading off on her “Freedom Tour,” where she’s taking a year to travel around the country in a little white Prius. So good. So grateful. I love women who stand for sisterhood so profoundly that they insist on “girlfriends, unbound!”
And her real sister—Sister Goddess Annie—went for a huge, crazy delicious “Yes!” of every inch of herself, that night—putting an end to her criticizing herself and owning her genius decisions in her career! Go Annie!
One of the most moving moments for me is when moms bring their daughters, or vice versa. That night, I got to meet the beautiful Sister Goddess daughter of Mastery grad Sister Goddess Sarah. She tore the lid off her desires, and had all of us, especially her mom, in tears. Tears of heartache, at how our culture limits a woman, and tears of joy, at how she began to see and experience her potential.
There were so many women there from back in the brownstone days. Sigh. Where all this beauty and splendor began.
I would never have been able to even imagine this night, back in those early days!!
It is so good to live unbound.
So good.
And so important.
I want you, me, every woman, to experience the pure full force of her potential, in her lifetime.
Now.
Right here.
You, with the body you have, the job you have, the relationship you have or don’t have.
You, unbound.
Without losing a pound, without getting more sleep, without changing a hair on your head.
You, unbound.
Living your fullness, in your lifetime.
Squeezing every drop.
Getting the tail you want, the money you deserve, the legend you were born to live.
