Donna OtmaniRole in the Pleasure Revolution: Business manager. I coordinate all the magic that occurs in all areas of the business and ensure they support our mission in an organized, systematic way. The thing you love most about working for the Pleasure Revolution: Hands down, the women. They INSPIRE me! It is incredible to see the transformations—the women owning their beauty and their power—and to watch their journeys getting there is exquisite! I sometimes can't believe I get paid to do this. ChicaRole in the Pleasure Revolution: Directrix. I am head of enrollment for all of our programs. I am lucky enough to assist women in conjuring their desires for our programs. I work in partnership with Regena and Donna to shape the Pleasure Revolution. I also tend the garden outside of our office and do my best to make Mama Gena's dreams come true. The thing you love most about working for the Pleasure Revolution: The humble opportunity to serve at the tear of reality. Right there, where reality is splitting open to a new dimension, is where my desk sits. I love connecting with women around the world. Sometimes I imagine that when I am 90 and think back on this ride, I will fall to my knees in gratitude. The other thing I love is the staff here at the Pleasure Palace. They are like the Waltons to me. We are the trampoline for each other's desires. We are tightly woven with each other, flexible and bouncy. Each member is family to me and I love coming to work to see them all. What brings you pleasure? Following my desires, travel and adventure (I've traveled to 21 countries), growing flowers, taking walks, dancing, kissing while dancing, Clothes! Fashion! finding the perfect something for someone, eating with my parents, decorating my apartment, anything to do with tea, movies with popcorn, and caring for my cats, Ton Ton and Minou. Janine FrancoliniRole in the Pleasure Revolution: I work on the enrollment team ushering women into the Pleasure Revolution through the Mastery Program. The thing you love most about working for the Pleasure Revolution: Assisting women on their journey towards pleasure and transformation is sooooooooo meaningful to me. I often describe it as the closest thing to giving birth. It is a thrill to be able to work in the job of my dreams. What brings you pleasure? Red shoestring licorice, my husband, my son, Portland, Oregon, Italy, Nia, Yoga, hula hoops, anything with bling (I wear something with glitter, sequins, sparkles every day), caramel, my vintage hula dancer collection, attending and hosting parties, the farmer's market in Portland, dancing at my fave club and traveling to New York for Mastery weekends. And I make use of my BFA Dance degree as the Resident Choreographer during Mastery weekends! The thing you love most about working for the Pleasure Revolution: I love working with Mama & the Palace gang, having exquisite communication and love for each other, working in a pleasure-filled work environment and seeing the change and growth and manifestation of desires for each Mastery-ette! Surfing, smiling, planning parties & benefits, taking care of myself, kissing!, learning, growing, challenging myself and reading The New Yorker, exploring the world and having adventures. Juan MunozRole in the Pleasure Revolution: Office Manager and the man behind the Production Manager. The thing you love most about working for the Pleasure Revolution: Being able to smile and be silly in a work environment. Coming from litigation support work to this is a big change, but something I have always desired. Working with, amongst and for so many Sister Goddesses is a real bonus. What brings you pleasure? Emily BohannonRole in the Pleasure Revolution: Datamatrix! I create and manage the online communities for our courses, and I work with the enrollment team on course registration. I am also the Palace bean counter, Directrix of the talent show at Mastery graduation and I assist William with audiovisuals on Mastery weekends. The thing you love most about working for the Pleasure Revolution: Helping women conquer technology! It makes me so happy to see women use the online community to connect with each other and use the tools of our courses to go higher. I love watching women light up in class; to witness each woman's unfolding is a huge honor and privilege for me. I also love working for a pleasure-run business: doing dance breaks at work, sitting in a magenta office chair and making time for pleasure in our daily lives. What brings you pleasure? Spending time with my parents (the BEST parents in the world) and my beloved friends, THEATRE! (seeing plays, writing plays, singing, and acting), dancing, kissing, playing the piano, losing myself in a good book, listening to music and making mix CDs, walking in Central Park, someone playing with my hair, lush bath products, the Miami trip!, dark chocolate, Southern food, Britcoms, Harry Connick, Jr., puppies, gold lamé, dusk, unbridled laughter, the smell of rain and wet dirt. William NealRole in the Pleasure Revolution: Technical Manager. I'm responsible for coordinating the technology that makes everything work behind the scenes, and I manage all the audiovisual production aspects of our live events. The thing you love most about working for the Pleasure Revolution: The people I work with—including both our staff and our community. In no other company have I ever experienced such mutual love and respect. What brings you pleasure? Music, technological gadgets, learning, traveling, languages, nature, crystals and gemstones, Chica's patio garden, my two cats Kitty and Domino and Regena's cat Miu Miu, our company trips to Miami's South Beach (!), delicious food and drink, my friends and family, and spending quality time with my Juan. What brings you pleasure: Yoga, laughing with friends and family, backgammon and tea, yogurt and cucumbers, bananas with raw almond butter and hemp seeds, watching kids discover something new and express themselves, jogging on the West Side Highway.
