Over 1200 woman-hours go into the production of each Mastery program! How do we pull it off? With the generosity of our volunteer community.

Who are these women? They are graduates of the Mastery Program that have been so touched, transformed and inspired by their experience that they want to contribute their time to rolling out the pink carpet for the new students in Mastery. Without them, our programs would not be possible. We have approximately 20 volunteers at each event. And I am profoundly grateful to each one of them.

Why did I feel this was important for you to know? I wanted you to catch a glimpse of the generosity of this community—and to show you one of the many ways that the women who graduate choose to stay connected and in support of one another.

I am deeply and profoundly grateful—over the moon grateful, shout out loud grateful, actually, besieged and beset with gratitude—for all of the volunteers who spend hundreds of hours making all of these programs possible. I have never seen a production team move with such grace, beauty, elegance and passion.

The volunteers who come to assist at Orientation evenings, Mastery Weekends, Inner Circle events and in the office are brilliant, not only at the flawless execution of the events, but in creating and sustaining magic. With support like this, profound creation is inevitable.
