Family

Darling,

Do you get as irritated as I do when you hear the phrase “having it all”?
Bleh.
I have met that woman.
I have been that woman.
Madly dashing around, trying to look good, feel good, do good, be good.
There is nothing more exhausting, really.
Even thinking about “having it all” makes me want to take a nap.
And yet, aren’t there those confusing times where it seems that you have simply bottomless energy, and you are living your passion?
Many women say it’s usually after a great piece of ass.
Or a night of karaoke.
Or a rock concert.
Not many women say that being a wife and mom feels that way.
So.
How do we bring ecstasy into our reality?

How to get there from here

Darling,

First, it was Portland on Sunday: A large pink ball of fire blazed through the NIA studios, igniting 200 women and their 8,000 nerve endings, hosted by Debbie Rosas.
Last night was another asteroid blast: We blew the figurative windows out of a wonderful, packed to overflowing yoga studio in West Hollywood, called City Yoga, celebrating the Womanly Arts and gathering even more of the West Coast Sister Goddesses. Tonight, the meteor that is Mama Gena will be sailing through LA along with Ricki Lake and Suze Yalof Schwartz, delivering a trio called “Women. A State of the Union,” as part of Amy Swift’s SMARTY, the preeminent network for women in business.

And what is the fuel, the firepower that propels this force of nature?
That would be woman.
Woman plugged into her power source, her core fire, her deepest truth and most profound connection to herself.
Otherwise known as: Sister Goddess.
I cannot tell you the joy, the energy, the delight, the fuel, the fire, the depth of gratitude, the passion that gets ignited in me every time I hear of a Mastery Grad who, on receiving her graduation wings, took flight to terrain that she never thought possible for herself.
At my recent Intro Day in NYC, my beloved Sister Goddess grads grabbed the mic and told the spine-tingling, soul-stirring, heart-exploding tales of their reinvention into the women they were born to become.

Are you looking forward to your 60’s? 70’s? 80’s? 90’s?
Or does the thought of aging scare you?
Why?
Are you afraid of losing your beauty?
Your sexuality?
Your risk taking?
Doing work you love?
Being loved?
Can you guarantee that your life will continue to get better and better and better over time?
Or is each day a day of walking closer towards ‘less’?

Last night we had a birthday dinner for my Mom. We were on Fire Island, with a houseful of friends, her fiancé, Ted, and her granddaughter.
I cannot reveal her precise age, but, safe to say, she is closer to 90 than she is 60.
Although truth be told, she looks closer to 60.
Now, let’s talk about my Mom. Many of you know her. She works with me and my team at every Mastery.
What does she do?
She is the Bubbe. The Grandmother. The Wise Woman.
Her arms and lap are available to every woman who requires them. And you know, every woman requires the capable love and eyesight of a seasoned woman to guide her on her journey in this life.
She is a rare jewel, my Mama. And she enriches Mastery beyond measure.
But today I want to take you behind the Bubbe, into the extraordinary life of Bebe Weiss, a School of Womanly Arts Graduate. This is a story of what is possible with The Womanly Arts at your fingertips.

Last month, Bebe zip lined.
Yup. You heard me.

Yes!!!  It’s happening today!!!!

The School of Womanly Arts is about to launch our Virtual Pleasure Boot Camp, and in honor of cutting a woman loose from whatever limits her genius, and celebrating the potential in every single one of us who has ever had a desire for MORE, I am launching this free video series, which will take place over the next month.

I designed this series to give you the specific technology that allows a woman to take any dream or desire, no matter how seemingly impossible, and turn it into a reality. In this first video, I’ll show you exactly how I did just that. You’ll see my “before” and “after” and learn how I went from waitressing tables with a newborn baby at 41 years old to turning on thousands of women as the “Queen of Pleasure” and living a life beyond my wildest imagination. I’m about to connect you with an even deeper experience of your life force and show you the vista from which anything is possible…

Radical Holiday Pleasure Diet

Yo sisters,

Here is a question I get asked a lot:
Help.
How can I handle the holidays?
How can I not just handle the holidays, but actually have an incredible time?
Even when I am facing scads of family?
And the pressure of everyone’s expectations?
And the break from my routine?
And today I want to give you a solution.
A Radical Act of Pleasure.
There is nothing more balancing, more restorative, more enlivening, more uplifting to a woman, than a Radical Act of Pleasure.

What is a Radical Act of Pleasure?
It is an action you take—in the direction of pleasure—when you least feel like it.
Instead of being cranky when you are cranky.
And angry when you are angry.
And frustrated when you are frustrated.
You lob a grenade in the direction of your doldrums, by reaching for a Radical Act of Pleasure.

This may mean that in the middle of cooking for your extended gang—just when exhaustion and crankiness are about to overtake you—you blast some music and declare a dance break and make everyone dance like furies with you.
It might mean that you come down to breakfast wearing a tiara and your pink feather boa, to make sure everyone remembers you are royalty.
It may mean that you sneak out to a cheap motel for a little sex break with your partner.
You can brush your teeth naked, wearing only high heels. Compliment a complete stranger. Go to a park and sing a Christmas carol out loud, for no reason.
You are the radical. You get to choose.

Here are some of my recent radical acts of pleasure to inspire you:
-We rented a karaoke machine for Christmas here at The Palace and took random singing breaks during the day.

-I grabbed my goddaughter, went to the barn and kissed and hugged all the horses.
-Feeling exhausted, I checked into the spa for a few hours: after steam, a mani-pedi and a massage, I was ready for my dinner date with a fantastic new guy later!!

Cranky is cool. But a Radical Act of Pleasure is revolutionary.

What Radical Acts of Pleasure do you have up your sleeve? Post them in the comments below, to inspire your sisters.
