Dance Break!!!!!!!!!!

The dance break is a tool that we use in the School of Womanly Arts Mastery Program to help a woman celebrate herself.

A woman’s body LOVES to move. You may not. Guess what? This practice is especially for you. The dance break acts like a reset button, breaking the energy of your doldrums and reorienting you back to pleasure.

The recipe is simple: You, and a willingness to groove.

What songs do you love to dance to? Tell us your favorite tunes! And I’d LOVE it if you’d post a video of you taking your own dance break!

With so much love and pleasure,
Mama Gena

I WISH I could video my dance break! (but no video camera) Loved the timely reminder of the salvation a dance break can bring!! I was “stranded” by the snow storm last week-was supposed to fly home Monday-didn’t get back til Thursday. I kept playing “Perfect Day” in my head! It saved me! I did not have access to internet or my ipod at the time.
My favorite dance break music is Love Is In the Air, Gloria Estefan’s Conga, Coffee by SuperSister, It Felt Good On My Lips by Tim McGraw. I use lots of up beat music for my elliptical workout every morning.
I just added Firework to my workout tune list-thank you for sharing that one Mama Gena!!
    Dance on ladies!

SG Mila- a dance break is a perfect start…especially when you don’t feel like it! And go to my website and listen to my audio on Depression- these feelings are such a door opener for you (and every woman who experiences it!) Do that dance break and let me know how it goes….And like Luxurious Laurie says- come to my Intro ” A life Unbound!”
