Mastery Program
The School of Womanly Arts Mastery Program is a 9-month closed course for a group of 250 women. The first four months (March-June), students attend monthly live weekend sessions in New York City, complete homework, participate in weekly Practice Calls, and interact within a closed online community that is available 24/7. In the second five months (July-November), students continue to interact as a virtual community, supported by 2 teleclasses and a live weekend session – the Worldwide Sister Goddess Weekend in Miami, Florida.
The program is created of women, by women, and for women, in order to initiate them into full possession of their inalienable, indefatigable, and indestructible spirit in the face of life’s eternal, ongoing challenges. The program takes a woman through a historic reckoning, sensual awakening, psychological understanding, and spiritual and physical connection to herself. She becomes part of a community of practice where she continually develops her use of the Womanly Arts and Tools over her lifetime. The structure of the program is designed to immerse the student in the Arts, Tools, and community (March-June) and extend the learning and change through sustained practice over time (July-November).
The School of Womanly Arts alumni community boasts 3,500 members ages 18-82 from 28 different countries and all 50 of the United States. As a student, you are not only becoming a part of your unique Mastery program class but an even larger community of women who are choosing to live a pleasure-centered life. Check out our Mastery alumni stories in Rave Reviews and images of Mastery graduates in the Photo Gallery. The friendships that are made in Mastery last a lifetime, and alumni continue to stay connected by sustaining their membership in our closed online community network Sistergoddess.com and by attending the Worldwide Sister Goddess Weekends.

We anticipate 600 attendees. This is a serious amount of fun in one spot. South Beach, Miami, Florida goes from hot to smoldering when we are in town.
Guest Teachers
Mastery Guest Teachers are nationally recognized authors, educators, scholars and a few celebrities. We pick the best of the best to share their expertise across a broad range of topics from personal finance to women’s sensual health. Click here for current and past Guest Teachers. Each Mastery weekend curriculum will contain one or more Guest Teacher who will compliment and ignite learning on a topic critical to the care of a woman.
After-parties
We are legendary for throwing fabulous after-parties! Mastery students are invited to bring their guests to the Weekend 1 Mastery Kick-Off Party (men and women over the age of 21) and Weekend 4 Graduation Celebration (women only). These gatherings provide the best of Manhattan’s nightlife and build connections with students and alumni.
Mastery Weekend Big Sister Goddess Lunches
Students are assigned to a group of 5 and eat lunch together. The lunch is hosted by a Big Sister Goddess (a Mastery graduate who serves the learning community) at a pre-selected restaurant in the area. This will occur on either a Saturday or a Sunday depending upon what group the student is assigned to. Lunch is “dutch.” These 90-minute lunches are a Mastery favorite and a wonderful way to deepen one’s sense of connection to the larger community.
Homework
Students will be assigned weekly activities in between Mastery live events. In addition to 68 exercises found in Mama Gena’s books: Mama’s Gena’s School of Womanly Arts and Mama Gena’s Owner’s and Operator’s Guide to Men, students are given another 234 exercises. Typical weekly homework assignments will include these activities: Pussifying, writing an Ode, Spring Cleaning, posting a Brag, participating in a 45-minute Practice Call, a reading assignment from Mama Gena’s or a Guest Teacher’s book, watching a film, and 3 or 4 more activities specifically designed to increase learning for that particular phase of the course.
Daily Fluffs, begin on Monday, March 18 and end on Friday, June 21
The School of Womanly Arts sends out what we call a “Fluff,” which is an inspiring message and/or suggestion from Mama Gena to take a pleasurable action. These arrive in a student’s email in-box.
Study Buddy
Once per week students will contact their Study Buddy, whom they have selected, and follow an organized agenda for a 30-minute call. Study Buddies are essential to the learning process and make the Mastery experience even more intimate and dynamic as stories are shared and relationships made. Students will spend a total of 7 hours minimum with their selected Study Buddy from March–June.
Weekly Practice Calls begin Monday, March 18 and end on Thursday, June 27
Mastery Practice Calls provide a 45-minute pleasure infusion. They occur every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday at 8-8:45 p.m. and Thursdays at 12-12:45 p.m. Jump on one or all four, this totals 10 to 40 hours of practice time! These calls are hosted by one or two Big Sister Goddesses (Mastery graduates who serve the learning community) who will facilitate the call agenda.
Sistergoddess.com and the Mastery Closed Online Group
Once a woman enrolls into the Mastery program she is registered as a member of sistergoddess.com and becomes an active participant on the site using the Global Forums. The 2013 Mastery Closed Online Group will launch within Sistergoddess.com on February 18 and end on November 30. Members will receive an invitation to join this password-protected group. Students have 24/7 access to a set of 22 distinct forums that are used to support the Live session curriculum, ongoing homework assignments, and the use of 15 different Arts and Tools that students learn over the course of their studies. This is an extremely robust and interactive closed group usually averaging 15,000 posts or more per class.
Daily “Ask a Pleasure Revolutionary” Q & A Forum
This forum is active Monday–Friday, and for READING ONLY on the weekends, starting March 18 and ending June 21. Seasoned School of Womanly Arts staff receives and responds to students’ questions related to the Tools and Arts they are learning in class. This is a hugely popular forum in which 400 plus questions get asked and answered in a typical Mastery program.
Team Pleasure and the Big Sister Goddess programs
The Mastery community is strongly supported by the generous service of the School’s alumni. Team Pleasure is a group of 50 Mastery graduates who volunteer their time at every Live session, working hundreds of hours behind and in front of the scenes. There are also 25 Big Sister Goddesses who are Mastery Graduates who formally apply and are accepted into their role. Big Sisters act as cheerleaders during Live sessions. They are present to guide, support, and be the glue that makes a student’s Mastery stick. These women host a small group of 5 students at lunch on both Saturday and Sunday of weekends 1–4, and they serve as the weekly Practice Call leaders that occur 4 days per week.
