I love mama G. Was at a wknd workshop in Rhinebeck with a very well-known, well respected, writer, mentor, artist…all I could think about with each and every excersize was “oh please, Mama G is worlds ahead of this in so many ways” and if I have any doubt of my personal growth, going to this workshop was proof and I owe it to Mama G. So while my confidence and determination has grown in leaps and bounds, unfortunately so has my use of run on sentences but really, who cares. Anyway, was watching the Today show this morning and this young woman created a movement by just writing on sticky notes things like “you’re beautiful” etc etc, all positive affirmations left in public bathrooms and how that has created a wildfire of women encouraging and supporting other women. Again, soooo Mama G…..ROCK ON!
