Sheila Kelley

In 2001, actress, writer and producer Sheila Kelley founded the extraordinary movement called S Factor. A passionate mother of two, Sheila built this movement from the ground up, starting in her home office, where she held small classes for friends and fellow actresses. It has since evolved into a worldwide trend, with studios in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York City, Encino and Orange County, with plans in the works for locations in Miami, Houston, Scottsdale and throughout the United States.

After years of acting in film, television and theater, Sheila co-wrote, produced and starred in Dancing at the Blue Iguana, which premiered at the Toronto Film Festival in 2000 and opened in New York and Los Angeles in 2001. It was during the research and preparation for her role as a stripper in this film that Sheila discovered a new passion, resulting in a fit body, increased sensuality and newfound take on her sexual power. The seed of S Factor was planted.

Her work with S Factor has incited a widespread media frenzy, resulting in Sheila's appearances on a plethora of national news and talk shows, including Oprah, 20/20, 48 Hours, VH-1, The View, Late Night With Conan O'Brien and Primetime Monday, and on networks such as MTV and MSNBC, among a multitude of others. Her S Factor classes are the rage of Hollywood, as her most vocal student, Teri Hatcher, has demonstrated to Howard Stern, Oprah and Barbara Walters, as well as to a variety of magazines including US Weekly, People, Bazaar, OK! Magazine and In Touch. Sheila has taught more than 4,000 students and has written the book The S Factor: Strip Workouts for Every Woman, which is now in its fifth printing. She has three exercise DVD/videos available: S Factor 1, The Beginning; S Factor 2, Intermediate with Lap Dance; and Pole Work 101.

An unmistakable, luminous presence resulted in Sheila's long-spanning acting career, which includes an extensive body of work in television, film and theater. From regular roles on television's popular L.A. Law, Sisters, ER and, most recently, a guest starring role on The Sopranos, Sheila co-starred in a wide array of films, including Cameron Crowe's renowned film, Singles, as well as Pure Luck, Matchstick Men, Nurse Betty, One Fine Day, Mozart and the Whale, The Secretary and Rules of Obsession, among others. Jill Rogers

Jill Rogers is a brilliant and inspired Leader in Love. She is the latest and greatest "up and comer" in the field of relationships and an outstanding facilitator in expanding a woman's capacity to love. Jill created The Seven Sacred Steps, a must have guide to extraordinary loving.

In the spring of 2008, she introduced The Steps for the first time anywhere on the planet to Mama Gena's School of Womanly Arts. It was a life altering experience for every woman in the room that day. Mama Gena herself compared it to what it must have been like to listen to Martin Luther King Jr. delivering his message "I Have a Dream."

The Steps are a guidebook that women recognize deep within their soul. They are a vision for love as it can be, as it was intended to be, and they are a practical guide that women reach for again and again to inspire them in their loving and in their relationships. Due to the enormous response from women wanting to learn The Seven Sacred Steps, Jill has dedicated herself full time to teaching tele-classes, workshops, speaking, writing her first book, doing radio interviews and delivering a life altering four-month intensive all based on The Steps.

Jill completed her undergraduate work in education, took two exceptional years to travel the country and then went on to seminary to become an ordained Unity Minister. It is her lifelong commitment to learning, to living life full out, to love, to compassion and to relationships that sets Jill's newest teaching, The Seven Sacred Steps, apart. You will say you heard her here first. To learn more about The Seven Sacred Steps, go to www.thesevensacredsteps.com
