Sheila Kelley

In 2001, actress, writer and producer Sheila Kelley founded the extraordinary movement called S Factor. A passionate mother of two, Sheila built this movement from the ground up, starting in her home office, where she held small classes for friends and fellow actresses. It has since evolved into a worldwide trend, with studios in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York City, Encino and Orange County, with plans in the works for locations in Miami, Houston, Scottsdale and throughout the United States.

After years of acting in film, television and theater, Sheila co-wrote, produced and starred in Dancing at the Blue Iguana, which premiered at the Toronto Film Festival in 2000 and opened in New York and Los Angeles in 2001. It was during the research and preparation for her role as a stripper in this film that Sheila discovered a new passion, resulting in a fit body, increased sensuality and newfound take on her sexual power. The seed of S Factor was planted.

Her work with S Factor has incited a widespread media frenzy, resulting in Sheila's appearances on a plethora of national news and talk shows, including Oprah, 20/20, 48 Hours, VH-1, The View, Late Night With Conan O'Brien and Primetime Monday, and on networks such as MTV and MSNBC, among a multitude of others. Her S Factor classes are the rage of Hollywood, as her most vocal student, Teri Hatcher, has demonstrated to Howard Stern, Oprah and Barbara Walters, as well as to a variety of magazines including US Weekly, People, Bazaar, OK! Magazine and In Touch. Sheila has taught more than 4,000 students and has written the book The S Factor: Strip Workouts for Every Woman, which is now in its fifth printing. She has three exercise DVD/videos available: S Factor 1, The Beginning; S Factor 2, Intermediate with Lap Dance; and Pole Work 101.

An unmistakable, luminous presence resulted in Sheila's long-spanning acting career, which includes an extensive body of work in television, film and theater. From regular roles on television's popular L.A. Law, Sisters, ER and, most recently, a guest starring role on The Sopranos, Sheila co-starred in a wide array of films, including Cameron Crowe's renowned film, Singles, as well as Pure Luck, Matchstick Men, Nurse Betty, One Fine Day, Mozart and the Whale, The Secretary and Rules of Obsession, among others. Steve and Vera Bodansky

Drs. Vera and Steve Bodansky have been married for more than 20 years and have been teaching students about pleasure for even longer. They have been publicly giving demonstrations of what is possible for human beings to experience in the realm of orgasm since 1980. They both received doctorates in sensuality from More University, an experimental school in northern California. They taught for More University until 1992, when they went on to create their own classes in sensuality, and in how to have better relationships.

The Bodanskys use their lives as examples for what they teach. Steve has an MBA in molecular biology and the Bodanskys approach sexuality in a scientific as well as in a pleasurable way. They have written two books. Extended Massive Orgasm was published in 2000. It describes much of their teachings and includes information on relationships as well as a lot of specific information on female orgasm. The Illustrated Guide to Extended Massive Orgasm was then published in 2002. It has more information on male as well as female orgasm and includes over 70 drawings to help understand the written information.

The Bodanskys usually teach in California but give a demonstration of their technique twice annually in New York City, hosted by the School of Womanly Arts, in the Spring and the Fall. They conduct seminars and also give private instruction. To see their schedule or to visit them in California, go to www.extendedmassiveorgasm.com and click on Upcoming Courses.
